LINCOLN BAR ASSOCIATION’S
ANNUAL MEETING 2020

The Annual Meeting of the Lincoln Bar Association (LBA), which had originally been scheduled for April 9, 2020, will now be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at 12:00 pm via Zoom.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is: (1) to vote on new officers and members of the Board of Trustee; and (2) to report on the activities and financial condition of the LBA. We need at least thirty-two (32) members to attend to have a quorum.

This message constitutes notice, as required by our Bylaws and any applicable laws, of the Lincoln Bar Association’s Annual Meeting.

We ask that you RSVP on our website: RSVP – Annual Meeting 2020.

MEETING BY ZOOM

The decision to hold the Annual Meeting by Zoom is based on the current COVID-19 situation, recommendations of federal, state and local officials as well as a vote by the Board of Trustees. During the meeting, members can appear electronically (computer, smartphone, tablet) or telephonically. The Board is also looking into whether proxies may be given to reduce the number of members needing to attend the meeting so there is a quorum. It is expected that the meeting shall last no more than ten (10) minutes. Details about the Zoom meeting, voting, as well as a meeting link will be sent out closer to the date of the meeting to those who RSVP.

PROPOSED OFFICERS & BOARD MEMBERS

The following is the proposed slate of officers and three (3) new members of the Board of Trustees that will be offered at the Annual Meeting by the current Officers and Board Members:

Corey Wasserburger: Vice President

Abby Osborn: Secretary

Members of the Board of Trustees
