Timothy Hruza will present an legislative update on the happening at the 109th Nebraska Legislature, Second Session 2026.
Timothy Hruza brings a diverse legal, legislative, and public policy background to his work at Mueller Robak. He began his legal career at a mid-sized firm in Grand Island, Nebraska, where he advised clients on a wide range of matters including contract litigation, property disputes, estate planning, and business transactions. He later served as legal counsel to a Lincoln business association, providing guidance to business owners and representing their interests before local and state officials. Most recently, Tim served as legal counsel to the Nebraska Legislature’s Judiciary Committee, advising senators on the legal implications of proposed legislation. Tim Hruza has proven experience representing technology companies, where he has helped clients navigate complex regulatory environments, advocate for digital infrastructure and data privacy policies, and support innovation initiatives in Nebraska’s evolving tech sector.
Admitted to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska since 2012, Tim earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and received multiple advocacy awards. He holds a B.S., cum laude with honors, from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he also served as Student Body President and Student Regent. His professional affiliations include the Nebraska State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Lincoln Bar Association.
The event will include CLE credit, heavy appetizers, and a cash bar. We hope you can join us to kick off the season!

All CLE clinics, including dinner, are included as part of your LBA membership.
The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic.
