Join the LBA in conjunction with the NSBA for a two-hour ethics seminar! 

Attendees will discuss common ethical dilemmas facing Nebraska lawyers across the state. Attendees will brainstorm solutions to these scenarios and hear from the Counsel for Discipline and Nebraska judges about best practices for addressing any pitfalls.

MCLE INFORMATION

One Hour of CLE (MCLE #TBD)
The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic.
