DETAILS
Guest speakers include retired District Court Judge John Colborn, County Attorney Pat Condon, and the Lancaster County Public Defender’s Office, who will educate and update LBA Members on the variety of problem-solving courts in Lancaster County.
In addition, staff from the Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division will be attending to assist attorneys with MCLE Compliance Reports, submission of Mandatory License Renewal Assessment, or any other issues with login profiles.

MCLE INFORMATION

The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic.
You are still required to report your attendance with the Commission, which you can do so by clicking on this link: https://mcle.wcc.ne.gov/ext/.
The LBA is an accredited CLE sponsor in the State of Nebraska.
