Justice Stephanie F. Stacy of the Nebraska Supreme Court will provide an overview of how the Court reviews and selects cases for its discretionary docket, followed by an opportunity for attendees to provide feedback on the legal issues you think warrant appellate review and the areas of Nebraska jurisprudence you believe might benefit from further development.

Schedule

• Cash Bar Opens: 5:00 pm
• Clinic: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
• Social Hour/ Dinner: 6:30 pm (or immediately following Clinic)

Dinner
